Summary:
As a Data Strategist, you will develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy and architecture aimed at enhancing the management, governance, and security of information. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the organization has a unified source of truth for all data, enabling informed decision-making and driving operational efficiency. You will also focus on translating complex data into actionable insights that contribute to the organization`s competitive advantage, ensuring that data practices align with industry standards and best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of data governance and management.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to data architecture and strategy to ensure clarity and compliance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scala.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with data architecture design and implementation.
- Familiarity with data security protocols and compliance regulations.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform strategic decisions.
