90Education Requirements: Master’s degree in Law (LLM) from a University established or incorporated by or under a Central Act a Provincial Act or a State Act or any institution for higher education deemed to be a University by the Central Government or any other institution or foreign University approved by the Central Government

Experience Requirements: Five years’ experience of legislative drafting in Hindi in Central Government or State Government.

Desirable Qualifications: Should have been a member of State Judicial Service for a period of thirteen years. Or Should have been held a post in the Legal Department of a State Government for thirteen years Or Should have been a Central Government Servant who has had experience in Legal Affairs for thirteen years Or Should have been a qualified legal practitioner who has practiced as such for thirteen years Or Should have been a teacher of Law for thirteen years in a recognized Institution Or Should have thirteen years’ experience of translation into Hindi of statutes, statutory rules and orders in Central Government or State Government Or Should have thirteen years’ experience of drafting of statutes in Central/State Government

THDC India Limited, intends to recruit Executive Trainees (Law) through CLAT-2015  :

  •  Executive Trainee (Law) : Age : 30 years as on 31/0/2015, Qualification : Law Graduate with 65% marks., Valid Score in CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) 2015. Candidate should have appeared CLAT 2015 Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) to be conducted by Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University for the purpose of admission in post graduate programme (2 year LLM) in the National Law Universities and few other Institutes. and Qualified in the same. The qualifying marks shall be as declared by CLAT – 2015 Organizing Body.,   Pay Scale :  Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of  Rs. 20600 – 3% – 46500 (IDA) (Provisional) during the period of training.
